At the turn of spring and summer in 2025, the expansion project of DiZNEW washing plant was successfully completed and put into production. This breakthrough has a watershed significance on the development path of the enterprise, and further reflects DiZNEW's phased achievements in the manufacturing of fine denim clothing.
The new washing plant covers a total area of 3,000 square meters, and the production line is equipped with 15 sets of advanced washing equipment, including enzyme washing, stone washing, sandblasting, cat whisker, snowflake and 3D shaping and other diversified professional washing processes. This equipment has obvious advantages in energy saving and environmental protection, and the output of production capacity is stable. The factory can now realize on-demand customization services for diversified denim items, MOQ: 30, which can realize on-demand customization of diversified denim items, and realize the texture upgrade and style differentiation of jeans in the retail link.
